What to expect when setting up a phone appointment

Step 1. Clients will receive an appointment letter in the mail letting them know of the upcoming phone appointment with a date and time.

Step 2. Clients will receive a call with the display number 306-766-2213 or 306-655-2662 at the time of their appointment.

• Clients should expect to be contacted by a nurse first for an assessment over the phone.

Step 3. Physician may also be on the same call or will call the patient after the nurse has completed their assessment.
