Ron Waschuk has an extensive management career in the private and public sectors. From partnership and operation of retail pharmacies, to 8 years as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Prescription Drug Plan, to 13 years as chief executive of the pharmacy and optical divisions of Walmart Canada Corp, as well as it's pharmacy franchise division in Quebec. He holds a degree in Pharmacy, has an extensive background in health care delivery, executive administration and management, and has held leadership positions in a variety of professional associations. Beginning in 2009 he held the position of Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency for 5 years, and since 2014 has been Chair of the agency.

Howard Crofts has been a Chartered Professional Accountant for over 40 years. He practiced public accounting until retiring from MNP LLP where he held various leadership roles in the firm during the last 10 years of his career. He has been involved with health-related charitable organizations as a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, Saskatchewan Division and as the Chair of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation, and served on the Boards of Directors of Group Medical Services, Raven Oil Corporation, the Saskatchewan Auto Fund and SGI and its subsidiaries and as a member of the Investment Review and Pension Committees of Greystone Managed Investments. Howard is also currently active serving as a member of the boards and various committees of Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority and Pro Docs Ltd.

Don Ravis has a wide variety of experiences in business, public and volunteer sectors. In the past 20 years he has gained significant governance experience as a board chair with Saskatoon Community Foundation, Waskesiu Community Council, Leadership Saskatoon and Saskatoon Auditorium and Convention Centre. He also served on the board of Habitat for Humanity and the Saskatoon Health Authority and is a former facilitator in Health Care Governance Training with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute. He was a founding member of the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan and served for a six year term. Don also served as a parliamentarian in the House of Commons.

Kelly Scott is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer and holds a Certificate in Grief and Loss Counselling. Kelly and her husband owned Parkview Funeral Chapel in Moose Jaw until June 2018 when they sold their business to another local funeral home, however she remained on staff as a funeral director/embalmer. Kelly has volunteered for the Canadian Red Cross, teaching their “Beyond the Hurt” program in local communities and schools. She served as Secretary on the Business Women of Moose Jaw Executive and was active in their annual PRISM Awards. Kelly is a mentor with the Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan, providing the intern and preceptor with mentoring on an at-need basis and quarterly at minimum.

Tom Lukiwski is currently employed by Prairie Sky Strategy, a government relations firm, with consultants based in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He is also a retired Member of Parliament (MP) for the Moose Jaw – Lake Centre – Lanigan constituency. While serving as MP, he also served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Government House Leader for nine years and Chair of the Government Operations and Estimates Committee for four years. In addition to his primary responsibilities as an MP over the course of 17 years, Tom delivered public speaking training sessions to political figures across Canada. Prior to elected office, Tom worked as the General Manager of the Saskatchewan Party for seven years and also served in a number of strategy, marketing and business development capacities in Regina including Strategy West, Western Event Marketing and CKCK TV.

Gordon Wyatt (Gord) spent his career in leadership roles across several sectors, including government, health care, non-profit and private industry. His 25 years’ service in health care included senior leadership roles in Long Term Care and Home Care, mostly during the challenging transitions when health care governance consolidated from local Agencies into Health Districts, then into Regional Health Authorities. He currently facilitates leadership and management workshops as a private contractor. Gord is a Public Representative with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers, and the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan. He believes passionately that people should receive the care they need as close to home as possible. Gord holds a designation in Health Care Administration from the University of Saskatchewan.

Born in North Battleford, Cheryl Cook’s family moved to Saskatoon when she was 13 years old and she’s called the city home ever since. Cheryl retired in 2019 after a 25-year career with the Saskatoon Public School Division. She worked as an educational assistant, with a focus on working with at-risk youth through mediation and restorative justice. She continues to be of service to her community through various roles. She has worked as a marriage commissioner for the past three years, and volunteers with Victim Services to provide support and guidance to victims of crime in Saskatoon. Cheryl also coaches high school curling, as time permits.

Carrie is a Partner and Chartered Professional Accountant with MNP LLP. In addition to being a breast cancer survivor herself, Carrie has volunteered her time at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre. She has also served in the community as a Board member and Audit & Finance Committee Chair and past-Chair of Family Services Regina, and past-Chair of CPA Saskatchewan. Outside of work Carrie loves spending time with extended family, including four nephews and one niece. She also loves to be outside, spending time in the garden, golf, baking and travelling.
