Métis Nation—Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Health collaborated with INDIGITAL to explore Métis people’s experiences with cancer using digital storytelling. The Métis Cancer Project features the stories of seven survivors who share their experiences with cancer, including treatment, care and coping strategies during and after treatment. INDIGITAL supports Indigenous Peoples and communities to use digital storytelling to promote spaces for listening and sharing stories from their worldview.
