Learn about exciting careers in nursing, radiation therapy, pharmacy and social work to name a few! Join us on:

 

Saturday, October 4 from 1:30 - 4pm at the Saskatoon Cancer Centre 

or

Saturday, October 25 from 1:30 - 4pm at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre

 

Meet with current health care professionals who work at the SCA in different roles and explore a career in cancer care. There is also an opportunity to meet with members from our human resources department who can explain the following opportunities:

  • potential for paid tuition with a return in service agreement
  • bursaries for hard to recruit positions*
  • support and financial assistance for professional development
  • research opportunities
  • assistance for relocation

The event will include:

  • Tours of the radiation therapy unit
  • Tours of the Chemotherapy treatment unit
  • Tours of the medical physics unit with demonstrations of the different machines and software used to treat cancer patients
  • Prizes and opportunities to network
