Patient Cancer Survivorship Series

Dr. Habib Khan and Dr. Vijay Kundapur, Medical Directors of Quality, Safety, and Disease Site Groups, are pleased to announce the information sheet in the Cancer Patient Survivorship series

The series is presented in the format of one-page informational documents that each touch on different topics related to the management and continuing care of cancer patients in our community. The information sheets will be shared widely with family physicians and nurse practitioners of the province and are available for viewing on the saskcancer.ca website along with the previous format of recorded presentations from this series. The documents and recordings will be removed from the website as they become outdated or new information becomes available. 

The series is intended primarily for family physicians and nurse practitioners, oncologists and clinical associates are encouraged to review them as well.
