For inquiries regarding your referral, please contact the respective cancer centre Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The centre can answer your questions once we have the appropriate patient identifiers to verify your information.

Changing Your Address: Screening Programs
Any changes made to your address in our systems can be overwritten by eHealth Saskatchewan. To ensure your address remains accurate, please also update your information with eHealth Saskatchewan.
The quickest way to submit your request is online at www.ehealthsask.ca.
Click on Residents → Health Cards → Update or Replace a Health Card, then click the green button to submit your update.
