Referral Inquiries

For inquiries regarding your referral, please contact the respective cancer centre Monday to Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm which will be able to answer your questions once we have the appropriate patient identifiers to verify your information.

Changing Your Address

Any changes made to your address in our systems can be overwritten by eHealth Saskatchewan. To ensure the address in your file remains correct please also update your address with eHealth Saskatchewan. You can do this by calling 1-800-667-7551 or emailing change@ehealthsaskatchewan.ca.
