Cervical Cancer Screening Guidelines and Resources

The Screening Program for Cervical Cancer is a program of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency dedicated to the prevention of cervical cancer. Approximately 90,000 people are having Pap tests in Saskatchewan. The screening program sends Pap test results to residents, along with reminders when they are due for another test.

New Cervical Cancer Screening Guidelines

As of Monday, November 6, the updated Cervical Cancer Screening Clinical Practice Guidelines in Saskatchewan will have gone into effect. Clinics across the province were mailed a package in the first weeks of August 2023.
